The Sit Up Test tests you on your core strength. The test is doing as many sit ups as you can do in a minute.
I didn't do too well in this test being ranked in the second half of the class and being just under the class average. Reasons why is that I do not do too many sit ups and too improve i need to start. |
2 week programFor this test all you have to do is 5 sets of 20 sit ups every day for 2 weeks. If this becomes too easy start to do sit ups at an angle with your head below your hips.

Skill TwoFor this test it would have been appreciated if we were given more notice towards what the test was going to be. Also if we hadn't of done the beep test right before it we would have had more core strength and energy.
